At KOBO, we want you to love your home essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, our streamlined process ensures a quick and easy exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your KOBO account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items safely in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse without damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
